Well hello hubby!

I'm excited to spotlight our team! I don't normally like to put myself first in our team, but thought I should introduce myself so that you know who's perspective this is! Stay tuned for more stories of our fabulous team whom I love so much!

Great hike on the Avon Trail today! Wow how lucky are we to live in such a beautiful place! I grew up in the big city and explored lakes and forests all my life -but the wide open space of Perth county has certainly found my heart!

I am so darn proud of this guy. Mike is working hard to get that shoulder powerful again. He had a massive shoulder repair surgery at the end of June and is still working on recovery. His Chiro skills are top notch as usual @stratfordchiro but he still needs to gain further stability. #nopainnogain #hardwork #homegym #gratitude #teamwork #health #wellness

Mobility! It’s something I love to work on for myself but also to encourage others to do more of. Our entire spine suffers when we spend too much time sitting - so get up, take a break, and move your body! Let me know how you do!
