’ ? I don’t. Certainly not the type that are a long list of things to accomplish in the new year. There is a statistic that nearly two-thirds of new year’s resolutions will be abandoned after one month. Why set so many lofty resolutions only to become cluttered, not focused and ultimately disappointed in the end? Personally, I am reflecting on the past year and have decided to try new things to bring change to my lifestyle for greater balance. Lead by intuition and not by the expectations of others.
