Seaside Crab Lover’s Dip Mix Crab Cakes 1 packet seaside crab lovers dip 1/2 brick cream cheese 3/4 cup sour cream... 1/4 mayonnaise 1 package imitation crab Soda crackers Panko Salt & Pepper Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise with seaside crab lovers dip packet. Cut up crab, add to mix and use fork to break up crab. Place in fridge for 2 hours. Remove from fridge, add crushed soda crackers until desired textured. I used about 1/2 a package. Return to fridge for 1 hour. Pour panko on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scoop crab mix and flatten into a patty in your hand, dip both sides in panko mixture. I used my air fryer, at 400 degrees for a total of 25 minutes. Flip cakes 1/2 way through. Served with a wasabi ranch/mayo dip and Franks buffalo ranch.

Chicken and Peach Quesadilla 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, fully cooked and diced 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil... 1 Tbsp. butter 4 large flour tortillas 1-2 peaches, peeled and sliced 2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime Peachy Onion Hot Sauce Chopped cilantro (optional) Peach & Mango Habanero Salsa or Chipotle Black Bean & Corn Salsa (optional) Sour Cream (optional) Lay two tortillas on your work area. Divide filling evenly and spread on the 2 tortilla shells. Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime. Heat oil/butter in a large skillet. Cook quesadillas for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook other side until golden. Slice each tortilla into wedges, drizzle with Peachy Onion Hot Sauce and serve with salsa and sour cream. These are also when excellent cooked on a foil sheet on the BBQ.

Succulent Shrimp 15-20 shrimp, shells removed and deveined 2 Tbsp. butter, divided... 2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil 2 tsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime Himalayan Pink Salt Juice from half a lemon Over medium-high heat, preheat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet. Add shrimp and seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes on one side while stirring occasionally. Flip, add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook two minutes more until shrimp are pink. Garnish with fresh chopped chives and serve over side of your choice.

Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Raspberry Cheeseball 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese 3 Tbsp. Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce Combine ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Roll into mini cheeseballs or one large cheeseball, then roll in chocolate curls or crushed pecans.
