Dear customers, Please accept our sincere apology on behalf of Tao Garden Restaurant. We are very sorry about the slow services we provided yesterday. We should have handled the situation differently and be more prepared to deal with a busy time like this. We fully understand the frustration you have experienced when you have to wait for your food for almost an hour. A restaurant is a place to provide the customer with excellent service and good food in a short period, but we... did not do it well yesterday. We let you down in that regard, and for that, we are very sorry. We take full responsibility for the situation and understand why our services did not meet your expectations. Our management has set up guidelines for compensation that they are supposed to adhere to, however in this case, clearly those standards were insufficient. In this regard, we failed. We should have trained our staff so that our restaurant staff can sufficiently provide our customers with exceptional services under any circumstances. Please be assured that this type of situation will never happen again. We have had meetings with our staff to ensure better quality services for every customer dine in our restaurant! It is important that every customer will be treated with respect and enjoy their visit to Tao Garden Restaurant. I regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience, it is the exact opposite of what we are aiming for. We value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service.
