... while I have many reasons to love each and every image here, they hold so much more, than just a ‘popular post’ for meafter all, popularity and accolades have never been my personal compass, or driving force. If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that, none of that is what matters...what matters is Connection, and that we touch the lives & hearts of others. For me, they represent sooo many years of work, of excavating myself both personally, and professionally.... They represent the creative grind that is apart of my souls work and purpose. They represent sooo much Love & Inspiration. They represent the creative mess (hot mess!), the tears, the frustration, the fall down, the get the hell back up! and the need to retreat from the normalcies of ‘the surface world’ to a retreat of creative space I was born a creative, it’s never NOT been a part of me...I’ve invested, going on 25yrs as a ‘professional’ creative, and this past year has certainly been yet another evolution into the unknown.but that’s nothing new for most artists, it is not for the faint of heart. This past year has given me time to feel a deep gratitude, for each and every person who has ever allowed me to see you, through my lens, and has made it possible for me continue this creative journey I love so dearly. 2020 also gave me time for my personal growth game. I dug into going back to school and found a deep commitment for a personal wellness journey...ascended to a whole new level of being...highly recommend it! Throughout all the darkness this year brought, I found the light within myself, and I am ready to ignite 2021!! Seriously let’s light that Bitch up!! Soooo much Love to you all!! T.xo
