Peaceful growing in life is finding fulfillment by trying fully and constantly to experiencing and intending to being in a positive place in the present, the NOW. As apposed to constantly thinking about negative things in the past or worrying about things in the future which hasn’t yet happened. You earn what you think. ... There is healing in owning your own darkness, emotionally it will be the hardest thing you do. You have to own your feelings for the healing to begin. You must acknowledge that your healing is a choice. Reclaim your power by transforming that pain into power. Healing is all about body, mind and spirit. This includes soul growth. Science, logic and reason. You may have experienced people who you thought were supposed to love you but instead hurt ...you immensely especially when you were very young, ( from the age of one, the hurt started and continued to every aspect of your life, and even to the present ), over and over again. You kept it to yourself because you didn’t want to burden anybody. No one ever saw or knew the years of pain and the crying you did until 60 years had passed and you couldn’t hide the crying anymore. You thought you were strong enough even though you were extremely young, you held it inside your mind, your heart, your soul, your body. until you collapsed but still you forgave everybody along the way and you continued to live your life with love and strength even though you never knew where you were getting it from. It is time to release all this now. Release the pain the suffering the hurt the destruction it has caused your body your mind your spirit.
