Meet Ricardo and Sue. They are the amazing couple who own and operate @pepeandlelas They recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They met at work when working in the hotel industry, and Ricardo came to Canada 27 years ago after graduating from University of Guadalajara in the Hotel business management program. They met and were married within a year. They have lived in Burlington for 17 years where they have raised their children and enjoyed the #BurlON commun...ity. They took a leap of faith to begin their dream in 2019 and @pepeandlelas was born! They named the restaurant after their children (these are their nicknames at home). We sure are glad they are part of our restaurant community. Great people and great food! Pepe and Lela's

2020 is behind us and despite the hardships there was lots of good. Our #BurlON restaurants continued to feed us excellent meals, whether we dined inside, outside or got take out or delivery. We ate these meals with our ‘bubble’; over laughs and conversation. Although we can’t start 2021 dining out our #BurlON restaurants are still doing what they do best, pivoting as needed. Welcome to Burlington to @recoshawarma Open for only a week, tonight we decided to give them a try and were glad we did! Featuring Mediterranean cuisine plus a charcoal grill they have something on the menu for everyone. We chose the chicken souvlaki platters and fish and chips.
