I think I've just discovered a new method of cooking pierogies. Does anyone do that? Put frozen pierogies in a frying pan and pour 1 glass of water and a small piece of butter, cover and cook over medium heat.... It is necessary to stir periodically. As soon as the water boils away, add another piece of butter and fried onions. See the photos and everything will be clear.

Good morning market goers! We are open today... and every Friday for the rest of the year! Some of our vendors aren't here today as they are busy getting everything ready for opening three days a week - including cooking, baking and making more stock! They will be back tomorrow!
