Greetings All and Happy New Year! Once again let me thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for our ice cream. While this set-back has been a frustrating challenge to overcome, I cannot begin to tell you how grateful and humbled I am that you have all been so amazingly supportive and understanding. We are thrilled to get your long-awaited ice cream orders out very soon and look forward to all the new flavours that 2021 will bring! Preparing for Production.... I am pleased to advise you that we submitted new samples for laboratory analysis earlier this week and that we are expecting the results back later today or tomorrow at the latest. Over the Christmas holidays we reviewed our health and safety and hygiene practices with our food inspector who confirmed that we are meeting all best practices and taking every step that we can to ensure that we deliver only the highest quality and food safe products. We are confident that we will have the go-ahead to restart production for this weekend. When will we deliver? We have over 500 pints to remake so we’ll be producing flat out this weekend. As soon as we get our all-clear from the lab, we’ll send an update to you with an order delivery timeline but we remain optimistic that we’ll be able to get our ice cream out very soon. The Pugwash Christmas Farmers Market has been delayed until tomorrow (Sunday, Nov 15) due to the rain. We will be selling Pints of Ice Cream from 11am - 3pm.
