A fun house we boarded and taped in Greek town for @renovisioncontractingltd this one involved a little bit of everything. All of the separating walls on the semi had exposed brick that we laminated, building all the bulk heads and a awesome level 5 finish on the main floor ceiling. Got our resilient channel on at the #stoufville basement. Resilient channel works amazing for sound proofing as it separates the drywall from the ceiling trusses causing no sound vibration to carry through the wood. It also has a duel purpose of levelling out the ceiling if you have uneven trusses because when you screw off your sheets it pulls down so everything is level making for the best finished product.
