The is the B.E.S.T. sandwich (bacon, egg, spinach and tomato). Spinach is from our greenhouse, tomato is the very last one from 2020. At the end of tomato season we pick a fair amount of green ones and let them gradually ripen in our cool basement, and we’re usually eating the last of them around this time. A fitting lunch for the last day of the year. Goodbye 2020, you were a tough one, but delicious nonetheless.

Veg farmers love snow, it hides all the mud and any mess that hasn’t yet been tidied up at the end of the season... happy holidays everyone! We look forward to seeing you in the new year!
