Let's face it, these days are tough! We want to assure everyone that we are taking all precautions when it comes to the safety of anyone who trains with us. H...ere in Cold Lake, we are permitted to run, as are all indoor fitness classes in the city. We at Kempe are classified as a professional sport, not fitness, therefore under different guidelines. However, we are adhering to all cleanliness protocols set out by Alberta Health. Sanitizing of all contact surfaces after classes Self-monitoring for symptoms Sanitizer provided for participants upon arrival No change rooms - we ask you to come ready to train with proper attire and water Forehead temperature checks on everyone who enters the studio Just like others in the community, we are a small business owned and operated solely by Bernie and myself. We take pride in our business, the services we provide, and ask that if you are unwell/sick, please stay home. This past week 4 Wing has had shutdowns due to a positive Covid test on base - so even though our instructors HAVE NOT BEEN IN ANY OR DIRECT CONTACT, they have been mandated to self-isolate. We have also had an instructor "under the weather" (not Covid related). We thank everyone for their patience and continued support as we move through these days, and know that we are doing all we can to keep you safe. Cheers!
