Covid 19 precautions. Are you wanting to include us in your staycation plans but unsure about policies we have in place to protect you. As per Nova Scotia Provincial law all our drivers/guides and customers are required to wear a face covering when inside the vehicles. ... Our guides/drivers have loud voices that allow a six foot distance when explaining sights from outside the vehicle. All vehicles are always kept in a squeaky clean fashion for your comfort and we have extra disinfectant procedures in place before and after every tour, to keep everything very clean and hygenic. Hand sanitizer will also be provided and guests are encouraged to use it whenever they re-enter the vehicle. Hopefully you will include us in your travel plans when you visit Nova Scotia and will be able to explore with us knowing that we are doing all that we can to help keep you safe on your tour. Special Announcement regarding Covid 19 ***Issued 2nd June 2020 *** Due to the decision by the Canadian Government to ban all cruise ships until 31st October 2020 at the earliest, the cruise ship season has been canceled for Canada. This is obviously a sad circumstance that we are in. We do however stand by the governments decision. For that reason we understand that if you had booked via a cruise ship that you will not be coming and consider your tour canceled. We look forwa...rd to welcoming you and many more cruise ship guests in 2021! We will be waiting to welcome you all! Due to current restrictions in Nova Scotia we are still unable to offer any tours. However with restrictions begining to be lifted as of June 5th we will be reviewing the situation for tours for land and air guests over the coming weeks and will update when a decision has been made. Special Announcement regarding Covid 19 *****Updated 11th May 2020***** Due to the State Of Emergency announced in Nova Scotia on March 22nd 2020 and the restrictions required with social distancing etc and the consequence that all parks and trails have been closed. It is for the best that we have closed all bookings until further notice, for all land guests and air arrival guests we will be ready and waiting for you when we can change this policy and will advise as soon as w...e know in this the very fluid situation that the world finds itself in. We have been informed that HAL and Princess have cancelled their calls for our entire season this year. We all look forward to welcoming those lines back in 2021. Also if you have contacted due to you cancelling your booking and have not received confirmation of this, please note we have seen these notes and are working through replying to them. The next cruise ship is now scheduled on August 5th 2020 as things stand we are taking bookings from then onwards for cruise ship guests. If this date changes to earlier or later we will advise as soon as we know. From all our team, please follow local and national advice wherever you are in the world, stay safe and stay healthy. Special Announcement regarding Covid19 Due to the decision from the Canadian Government, today 13th March 2020, banning all cruise ships until July 2020 from docking in Canadian Ports. We would like to say that we are deeply disappointed that if you had booked with us or were planning to book to tour with us in the months of April, May and June and were among the 32000 people arriving on one of the 22 cruise ships that would have arrived in those months that you will be unabl...e to come on our tours now as your ship will not be allowed to dock in in our port. We truly hope that you are able to visit us on a rearranged booking this year or sometime next year and we look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful island then. In the meantime we are still open for business for any guests arriving by land or air travel all year long and of course we are still taking bookings for all cruise ship guests arriving in July, August, September & October. After taking over 2,700 guests on over 600 tours over 100000kms! Our cruise ship season drew to a close today. We would like to thank everyone of those guests from the bottom of our hearts for supporting local business and knowledge and choosing to come exploring with us.
