Looking for some customer feedback! Moving forward we intend to start selling small packages of beef and pork in addition to our sides and quarters. What id like to know from you is, is there a size or price point you as consumers would prefer to buy at?

When you buy a side of beef you get a huge variety of cuts. And the best part when you order from us we have our butcher cut exactly the way you want.

Brought home 1/2 a beef today and put in the freezer. This half is not yet spoken for and is for sale. Fill your freezer for the coming winter. Let me know if you're interested!

Meet Calvin, our herd sire. Its his job to breed all our cows. We have 3 groups of cows, on 3 separate pastures. Every 4 months he gets rotated to a new pasture and a new group of cows. This way we are having calves born all year round and are better able to keep a supply of beef for you.

Great day to be chopping corn, this will make for some fat, happy cows this winter.

I'd just like to let everyone know that we are officially sold out of pork. Thanks to everyone that placed an order. We will have more available again next summer.

We are two completely separate businesses that just so happen to share the same last name.
