Unfortunately, we received some news today, that I do not think shocked any of us truly, but still stung horribly none the less. The Government of Alberta has ...mandated we be closed as off 11:59pm December 12th, for minimum 4 weeks. We have called those clients who had appointments booked between December 15th to the 23rd. Didn't receive a call yet? Don't worry! Anyone between December 29th to January 8th will be called in the days to come to be rescheduled for when we can reopen. We understand this is less than ideal, but please understand, we thought this to be the most fair way going forward, offering available appointments this week to the earliest bookings (starting Dec. 15 and onward). This is certainly not easy for us, this is our busiest time of the year. The girls are working tirelessly to be as accommodating as possible, but still adhering to the sterilization & disinfecting processes. We ask everyone, please be kind, along with yourselves, we too are doing our best.
