Great email from one of our clients. Great job by Tyler and Jean, appreciate your hard work and effort. Hi Chris. Just want to send you a short note to say how pleased my dad Rudy and I were with the service level that Tyler and Jean provide us with dads recent move from Kilbride to Varna. He is 88 and for both of us it was a stressful period.... Tyler and Jean were very professional and no request was too much for them. They moved a work bench that was very heavy but very important to my dad who works on old British sports cars. His life is his garage and we were not sure the guys could move that and they did. My wife and I moved with you in January and also received great service from the whole Taylor organization. Love Steve as well when picking up boxes. This year our Burlington Fire Dept came up with a great idea of promoting both Women's and Men's health. Taylor Moving along with other Burlington based businesses are so proud to be contributing to such a worthwhile cause. We all have been affected. We all know a loved one who has left us too early. On Friday Oct 16th Steve Knights retired after 20 years of service. Steve started as a long haul AZ driver with us, and finished his career as our dispatcher. We wanted to thank Steve for all he is done for our customers and for the company over the years. We wish Steve well and best wishes in retirement.

Your professionalism and knowledge were both very obvious and appreciated from the very first contact and also from your continuous communication we had throughout your trip. Based on this alone I knew my items were in good care and you were treating them with respect, like I would myself.... Your knowledge when clearing customs was instrumental to a smooth transition and made me feel at ease throughout the process. While assembling my items after the move in your attention to detail ensured they were built right and in a timely fashion. Of note your two movers were also outstanding. They took great care of my items frequently asking me for direction when boxes were mislabeled or poorly labeled and showing patience while we at sometimes made collaborative decisions on where items should be placed.
