Goodmorning my friends! I will now be working at the Quanta Wellness Center in Pointe Claire as a massage therapist! The team here is exceptional and they really strive to offer the best service possible to clients to get them feeling great! Fitness centers close tonight with a re-evaluation of the situation on October 28th. I squeezed in one last workout today, but staying active despite the closure of fitness centers is crucial to staying healthy both physically and mentally. To be considered physically active requires a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week. That's the equivalent of walking for roughly 22 minutes each day, and this minimum will prevent all kinds of cardio-res...piratory diseases. Stay active my friends. Before long things will go back to normal, but we have to stay strong and not lose ourselves in the process. Do it for you.
