Just finished this watercolour pet portrait this morning and it is now on it way to its new home

To start us off with more art posts, I have these two texturised acrylic mini paintings that I have just finished. They are roughly 6x6in, maybe smaller, in size. ... Spent the past few days finishing up cleaning the bones! I’m going to explain my process so far below for you guys! I started off by soaking them in hydrogen peroxide(AKA Vol. 30 Creme Developer) mixed with water for about 3-5minutes each, then scrubbing each bone with a toothbrush that I dipped in the water mix. I did that step twice to make sure that the bones were completely clean of all bacteria(and bugs lol). After letting them sit in the sun for 24 hours to dry, I pi...cked 3 bones to start with, sanded them down using med. grit sand paper, a dremel for the tough spots, and then finished them off with some fine grit sand paper. Honestly, this was the longest part of the process(and the stinkiest, especially with the dremel) as it took a day and a half to finish sanding three bones, but I finally finished this afternoon and got the base layers of paint down on all three(I used rustoleum spray paint with a chalk finish). Tomorrow I’m going to start painting my designs on these three, so stay tuned for that, and thank you for reading this all, if you did!
