Just Be You is a youth-led peer program that provides social recreation, peer-support and service connections for ages 15 25 who are experiencing mental health, substance and/or addictions issues.

636 people have been supported in our housing programs since our first house at 599 Chartwell Road in Oakville was purchased in 1984. Since then, our agency has grown to provide a multitude of services for individuals with a range of needs.
