Sencha Fuka-Midori has a delicate refreshing sweetness, a mild astringency and a flowery-green aroma. Delicious. Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan, accounting for almost 80% of the tea consumed. The top parts of tea leaves and buds are used to produce Sencha. It is grown in full sunlight and is processed in multiple stages: withering, sifting, cutting, drying and often blending. Origin: Shizuoka prefecture, Japan

A ligher oxidized oolong presented in a ball rolled style with lovely magnolia floral fragrance and taste. The golden liqueur is haunting and full on the finish. A best seller at a great price point. Brewing: water 6 oz. 195F / leaves - generous tablespoon / steeping - 1-2 mins. Hint: Best brewed in a gaiwan doing multiple short infusions. Give the tea a quick rinse before brewing to 'wake up' the leaves.
This highly aromatic floral tea is made from the top two downy leaves and the bud of new season growth. Dragon Tears are only made from tea plucked in the first 3 weeks of the new season. Coinciding with the new tea growth, the jasmine bushes are in spring bloom. Only the most fragrant blossoms are used. https://www.stratfordtealeaves.com//organic-dragonwell-chi
This grade of Keemun is produced during March and April right after Hao Ya A and Hao Ya B. Imperial Keemun has thick rich liquor with an orchid-like fragrance. Keemun's tea gardens are well known for producing world-class black teas. "Hao Ya" means fur-covered tips. Keemuns are known as the "burgundy of teas" because of their complex aromas, natural sweetness and low astringency. Notes of red wine, cocoa, orchids and biscuit may be found. https://www.stratfordtealeaves.com//meleng-assam-ftgfop1-s
