The November 2020 Market Watch by TRREB reports a 13.3% increase on the average selling price for all home types across the GTA over November 2019. Durham Region, however surpassed most of the GTA with 24.66% increase over November 2019 across all home types. Detached homes accounted for the bulk of the sales volume with an increase of more than 24.21%. The TRREB Housing Stats have been released for July 2020 showing a marked increase in home sales and prices across the GTA. Ajax is showing higher than average growth with a year over year increase of 17.38% in prices across all home types. The average price for Detached homes went up by 15.18%, Semi-Detached homes saw a 15.54% increase and Townhouses were at the highest at 20.83%....
