Repost from @danabarrett970 - Had an awesome week of racing at Walton TransCan going 8-9-6 for 7th overall and also a great time at the Anthill Classic XC today - even after hitting a deer that came out of nowhere while I was racing down a fast straight away in 2nd place, I still managed a 4th in Ladies A. A little bruised up and sore but still glad that I was able to make it to an XC event this year. Now time to rest up these next couple days and get ready for the Madoc National.
