Reflecting on full year in business. I am so grateful for everything. I'd have so much to say about every single one of my clients. Helping and watching you all grow not only physically but as people, is the most gratifying thing I could ever ask for and the reason I do what I do.... Taking a huge leap of faith at the start of 2020, for a dream that seemed so distant. Even through a tough year for everyone I was able to run my business, grow and continue to help people reach their goals and improve their health. This could never have been possible without all of you. I want to thank each and every person that has trusted me, has interacted, supported, commented, liked and just plain and simply shown some love. Nothing goes unnoticed and I appreciate you all! So for this, I would like to make a special thank you to all my past, present and future clients for all the hard work and trust they've put in me. I am extremely proud of all of you! We'd like to welcome another great addition to our stacked Team lineup, new athlete! @karinerichard.fit Karine has recently won the Figure Overall at her first and last show the 2019 @flex_lewis_canadian_classic and will be crossing over to compete in the new Wellness class at the upcoming 2021 @atlanticclassic Even though she has not competed in 2020, that doesn't mean she's been putting her feet up! Karine is a very disciplined and hard working and has recently been pus...hing some big weights and tested her strength in powerlifting maxing out at a deadlift of 375 at her first ever practice meet! Athlete spotlight with @guillaume.banville98 Who is killing his offseason! (Left: July, Right: Nov 2020)... We've been able to fix a shoulder injury which was bothering his at first. Aside from the physical growth he's seen some great personal growth as well in his life in general since starting yo work together, something I'm very proud of as a coach. I pride myself on not only building physiques but building people. Healthy mind healthy body Now at approx. 3400cals and 190lbs we're going to start introducing two cheat meals a week to keep pushing size in the offseason until show day in another 8mths Guillaume has been an amazing client and is following protocol and improving week by week with posing, training quality and muscle gains.
