The Head of our jiu jitsu team has released a biography that has recently been translated to English and made available through Amazon. A great and inspirational story. If you have a chance it is highly recommended.

We are set to return to our regular classes. Well as close to regular as can be permitted at this time. Our classes will be Sunday and Tuesday evenings from 8pm until 9pm starting Sept 8th. We do have some new covid protocols to follow. Most importantly we will have to have assigned partners and a maximum class capacity of 14 students. Please send us a message on Facebook to let us know if you are interested keeping in mind returning students will be given priority on the spots available. Should we have too much interest we will have to draw for the spaces.
