Flying into the week like... Some see just the board breaking. ... We see: repetition, focus, determination, courage, strength, technique, pride and satisfaction. From our role players, we see: support, knowledge, care, trust, and belief. We love how martial arts indirectly teaches us how to tackle life, whether we are in the spotlight, or supporting our teammates. We all come know that the best successes happen when we work together. Let’s go break some boards!

We hope everyone is enjoying their summer and spending some quality time outside! This is a reminder that Taekwondo and Strikefit classes are cancelled all week. Classes will resume on Monday, Aug. 12th. See you on the mats next week!
