Ripped To Shredz Fitness Inc. 30.01.2021

TeamRTSF Client @jemimorgan checking in! I encourage you, to head to her page and read her post with this photo, in her own words! Your Best Body I’ve been asked a million questions about fitness & nutrition.... How many carbs should I eat? How many meals should I eat? When should I eat my meals? What foods should I avoid? How much water do I consume a day? How much cardio should I do? Should I train every day? I’ve been asked everything. And the questions are entirely fine. Lots of it has been made popular my mainstream fitness models/influencers/coaches... whatever we’re calling them these days. They all stem from age old ideologies. Science none the less, just science without context essentially. What sucks, is instead of adapting to new knowledge and research, people like to stick to the most complicating method, to create an elitist construct. When in reality, it’s just so simple. It’s not what type of cArbs to eat. It’s not when to eat foods. It’s not how many meals to eat. It’s not training every day. It’s not doing cArdio every day, or at all for that matter... It’s just about working with an individual. Assessing their schedule. Not telling them how many times to train a week, but how many times, can they train a week. And at that, what is their volume threshold? Build a program that overloads it for them, in a frequency that fits their schedule. Not everyone can train daily, nor should they. It’s not about eliminating food or drinks. It’s about teaching someone how to manage their favourite foods, while reaching a certain energy and micro nutrient balance. The whole process is rather simple. You shouldn’t need a meal plan to be in shape, you should train every day to be in shape. You shouldn’t avoid foods to be in shape. Heck you shouldn’t even track all your life to be in shape. It’s refreshing how simple it all is. Just let it be. Change your settling point. Live life lean and healthy. Stop dieting, ever again See more

#TeamRTSF Client @aliviabenfield_ checking in! What happens when you maintain well over 2,000 calories, and only attempt to diet once per year? Well, you look beach ready year round! Super proud of this lady sporting that RTSF mindset! Tons of food, no restrictions, looking like a rockstar! Try Not Dieting ... The diet mentality is a tough one to break. Trust me, I get it. People are so fixated on getting to a certain level of conditioning, that they soon open their eyes, and realize they’ve spent years attempting to diet, look no different, and have developed a particular struggle with eating habits. Sometimes, all it takes - is a little self check, and some time spent Not dieting. You can’t imagine all this can do for you. Spend time, where you’re not stressing about food. Spend time where you’re never urgently hungry. Spend time where you’re not taking away calories, you’re adding them in. Literally get to the point where foods is one of the last things you think of in a day, until it is time to eat. Change the entirety of your mindset. Fat loss is not a 2-3 year venture when you’re in a fat loss phase. It should be fairly quick, and simple. But the only way that happens, is when you’ve done the ground work prior, and have yourself in a proper physiological, and psychological state. If you feel you’re spinning your wheels dieting... Try not dieting for a bit. Get out of the diet culture, and watch this whole process become that much easier.

#TeamRTSF Client Nicole checking in strong and lean! The first month or two, is always my favourite time with a client, helping them dial in their eating habits, and showing an entirely new way to... fitness! How Accurate Should You Be? ... We all know, bodybuilders are the most precise, all in breed out there. Measuring every gram of rice, tracking every morsel - all with the intent to obtain the most control & accuracy over their physique. But in reality.. is this really needed? Do we have to be this accurate? Are we even this accurate? The FDA allows a 10-20% buffer on food labels, for simplicity of nutritional labels & with respect to production rates. Do you ever wonder how every single nutritional label has a whole number of calories & macros.. never any decimals? Never odd figures.. In most cases, the macros listed don't even equate to the calories, that's why your MFP calories always vary despite hitting macros. Because each label rounds to a different margin of that buffer. So, while your efforts of being accurate mean well.. It's more stress than anything. 20% could vary a 2000 calorie diet plus or minus 400 calories. That is quite a quantifiable figure! No, each chocolate bar you have Is not the exact same amount of calories. So, there is very, very little need for anyone to track so specific, or sweat ranges. Despite your efforts to be so specific.. in reality - you're never exact, It's impossible. On the other end of the equation.. Energy out is a larger variable. Each day you speak more or less, take more or less steps.. perhaps you clean the house one day, & don't the other. Or go to the mall one-day.. It varies tremendously. But no one tracks each foot step, or dish they do.. so why so much emphasis on food to the exact gram? In reality.. I think it's a good idea to track, be consistent - but don't over think things. You're never exact, so don't try to be - just keep things consistent, stress free & fun. Your results will come!!
