315 for 12 reps! Been slacking with the deadlifts this month but was still able to hit 315 for 12. If I forced myself to, I could have kept going and hit 15. Almost back to my old PR of 315 for 20! Do you want to get stronger, build muscle, burn fat, and improve performance? Message me for help!
