I smash the cardamom in a quartz mortar and pestle. I mix in a copper bowl because it is the easiest to sterilize. If you are in need of tea, I mix special blends on request and I sterilize all components before mixing. Hey!!! I will be back in January! I am starting my plans for tea making and I would like to know what the top priorities are for teas. If you have one you really want to pre order, please let me know! These herbs/tea leaves/spices will take priority and the others will take some more time. Get your orders in so I can make plans. I will order supplies by the end of November. I will be making a change to how they are sold. I would like for you to bring me your container/jar and purchase in bulk in measures cups. When you place your order please state how many cups (250ml for a cup) you want to purchase! To give you an idea, the largest tin I sold was 1 cup dry measured. This was $15 for most teas. That price will be the same now. Please tag friends and share so that I have a good idea of what to order!!! See you all soon
