Housekeeping - It is too common that fcp (flexible ceramic pad) heaters are left stacked and inadvertently or negligibly left on the ground creating tripping hazards. Not only is it cause for trips, slips, and falls but it also creates the possibility for equipment damage which can sometimes contribute to failed heat cycles later on (if not properly inspected before use). When you are out and about and note that fcp heaters are left unattended and stacked in a dangerous way, ...intervene, speak to the contractor and have them correct the issue. Technicians work tirelessly and at times, a simple reminder that housekeeping is beginning to sway is all that is needed. Here is a random picture we have of our fcp heaters neatly stacked next to a walkway that was yellow flagged on both entry points to exercise additional caution for pedestrian traffic. Take care of your people, your clients, and your fellow tradespeople. #techeat #oil #construction #housekeeping

If there are any technicians who have worked for us and have had positive experiences while under our employment, we ask that you add a rating and review to our page here on Facebook. We are building our online footprint and capturing some of these reviews helps us attract business. The more business we get, the more people we can employ. ... You can do so on Facebook and if your so incline, google helps too. It's a little that goes a long way, something we would appreciate. Stay Safe.

The workplace has changed due to Covid-19 and we have set up an elaborate plan that protects workers, clients, and the general public from the transmission and prevention of this disease. We hope that technicians will be able to resume the day to day craft requirements with little or no additional burden. Unfortunately, we suspect it will be a long time before that can happen. Stay Safe, look out for each other and we hope to be employing technicians in the near or expected future.
