Meet Kat! Kat is our passionate narrative designer who merges her love of video games with the ability to craft captivating, immersive stories. Born in East Yor...k, Toronto, Ontario, she steadily moved east until making a home in Ottawa, where she graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. Honours with Distinction in English: Concentration in Creative Writing. Since the age of six, Kat has been both a writer and gamer. Her in-depth knowledge of both areas provides her with unique insight into the process of storytelling in video games. She’s ever mindful of the common pitfalls of poor narrative design, and knows the powerful role it plays in creating a memorable player experience.
