Hayk Minassian, the president of the ‘’SHEN’’ NGO board, talks about his organization’s new project which aims the return of displaced Artsakh residents back to Artsakh’s rural areas. These refugees need accommodation and support to make them return to Artsakh. Lack of such assistance will make them leave Armenia forever. ‘’SHEN’’ aims to facilitate their return and has already a team of specialists on-site working with the government of Artsakh. Since Artsakh’s status is not defined, this project relies on donations from the diaspora. Donations of any size help in making this repatriation project a success.
