This is a little project I was asked to build recently. Incredibly happy with the result. All cedar and had to have some help checking the sizes. @ Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Started an insurance job thinking it would be a simple fix. Turns out water was getting behind the rim joist and on top of the poly. Damaging the subfloor, rim joist, bottom plate and OSB. We fixed all the problems, added foam insulation and spray foam to Seal. And put everything back the way it was. Happy customers! @ Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

A little landscaping work on the hottest days of the year! Built up the ground for better drainage. Fabric and 1" crushed to keep weeds at bay. Then hammering out the old concrete path and adding a 30" wide patio stone path with drainage down the side.
