This exercise focuses on getting into your targets environment or their mind. Step 1) Rub your hands together until you feel the warmth in between your palms... Step 2) Begin to form an energy ball by sending energy to "in between your hands" feel that flow of energy, flowing out of your palms into the empty space in between your hands Step 3) While sending the energy begin to slowly and gently, repeatedly separating and then bringing your hands together until you begin to feel the energy in between your hands growing Step 4) When the energy grows begin to expand your hands Step 5) Image this energy ball that you've created is a globe.. it is the planet earth. Now astrally imagine yourself larger then the planet and having the planet in between your palms Step 6) Now, like a rocket send your consciousness into this ball and into the target's "Room/environment" to see them OR their "Mind" to know what they are thinking and or feeling Step 7) Note any impressions you get from this exercise See more
