A rainy day here in the nation's capital means it’s time for a #MondayThrowback! Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of having #SpecialSpeaker Jean-Marc Arbaud, Managing Director of CDPQ Infra, deliver a presentation on their new approach to governance of major projects specifically about the transport network in #MTL (REM) to our #MBCPL #cohort4.
