Thank you for your patience as we had to shuffle things while our butcher was injured. The smoked goodies are in the brine now and will be in the smokehouse for the market next week - bacon, smoked chops and hams.

I think winter is here to stay!

REAL HAM!! When I asked the butcher to cut some large hams I didn't mean whales!! We have some HUGE hams this week - One is 9.5 lbs and the other is 10 lbs! The one is $85 and the other is $93. There is enough meat here for a huge dinner, sandwiches the next day and then talk grandma into making soup with the bone (or just give it to the dog like we do!). Jessica is at the PG Farmers' Market 8:30-2pm today.

Hi Everyone, Tenish Farm is donating $100.00 to the The Salvation Army Curt Garland Community Support Centre in support of the PG BC Thanksgiving Food Drive and is challenging all farmers or producers to match or beat this donation. This week this flyer will be delivered to most home explaining where you can donate money instead of food due to Covid concerns. Thanks for joining me in this cause again this year!
