Two recent projects of note (one of +- 17,000rsf and the other +-36,000rsf) both involve completely new build-outs, time-sensitive schedu...les and a high level of budget consciousness. Neither Garet nor Teradi had had any prior experience in either of these sites as a base building engineer, and they took the time to completely familiarize themselves with current systems and building operations staff, met all design deadlines, ran independent cost control budgets to determine appropriateness of pre-tender specialty lighting & controls selections - and were actually low bid on the originally-tendered consultant procurement process. The selection of an electrical consultant is a critical component of a successful project, and Teradi has always ensured a well-managed design process, appropriate scheduling, and a strong belief in working through the details with the designer to ensure a good end result. And Garet has always impressed the client with their wealth of knowledge on the electrical scope, ultimately making the clients decision to go with them a very comfortable one.
