Terence Bay Lighthouse 06.02.2021

DFO has informed the Terence Bay Lighthouse Committee that it will be halting the divestiture process which would have transferred ownership of the lighthouse to to the community. This is because of conflict over access to the lighthouse. This is obviously bad news for residents ofTerence Bay as well as other members of the public who wish to visit this historic light. However, we don't plan on giving up and have ideas for other avenues to pursue! Stay tuned for details of a public meeting to discuss next steps!
