Along with our seed potatoes (RUSSET, YUKON & RED PONTIAC) and our Onion Sets(YELLOW DUTCH, MULTIPLIER, WHITE ONION, FRENCH SHALLOTS, RED ONION or SPANISH STYLE) For those who had their names down, please contact the store, we have laid them away for you. If you had your name down with no specific choice, we will contact you or you can call us to make sure you get your first choice!... Come down and take a peek! The plants are super healthy!! This is the only plants we are getting this season. We will not be doing our regular bedding plants or hanging baskets this year due to COVID-19. WE ARE STILL UNDER RESTRICTIONS SO ONLY 4 ALLOWED IN THE STORE AT ONE TIME! HOURS ARE STILL 9-4 MON-FRI 9-1 SATURDAYS AND WE WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY FOR THE HOLIDAY ON MAY 18TH! Good Evening ALL! Well good news from the Government today! But we are not allowed to open up completely, there are still strict guidelines we all have to follow!... Starting Tuesday May 12, 2020 We will start allowing customers( 4 max at one time!) into the store to shop but with all the social distancing measures still in place! That means there will still be delays and waiting times if you choose to come here to shop for your items. There will be a walking path around the store to follow so there is no contact in the isles. There are still a few modifications we need to make in order to make the store safe for our customers and staff. We will still take email orders if you are still wanting to do curbside pick up. Please have patience while we adjust once again to accommodate everyone the best way we can. Our hours of operation will stay the same as now until May 16th, when we will reassess. Good Morning to our Wonderful Customers! While we are all trying to navigate through this new way of shopping and serving your needs, we do need to request a few things. If your needs are more than 1 or 2 items, PLEASE email your requests to us at... [email protected] or [email protected] and if you can send an item number ( from the Home Hardware website...www.homehardware.ca )of what you are looking that is even more helpful for us to get your requests addressed in a more timely manner. Also please remember to put your full name and current or best phone number to contact you at. We are being overwhelmed by the phone and it is frustrating for customers who are trying to get through to pick up their items that they have paid for. We are trying our best to fill orders in a timely manner but it will take sometime up to 2 hours for us to get to you. Also we have been selling a lot of paint so we are having a hard time keeping enough stock to fill orders "right away". And PLEASE DO NOT put ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in the email! We will call and get any payment information from you over the phone! We do not copy down any information or keep any Credit Card information on "file" as we do not accept the responsibility for that type of information.Once we process your order any CC number is shredded immediately. We try to keep our information current but not everyone remembers to change their contact information with us!... Also please DO NOT put any credit card information in your emails. Please let us know that is how you want to pay and we will call you for that information and the total amount of your order. And as always please confirm it is one of our staff before providing that information over the phone also! We are being a bit overwhelmed with orders so please know we are trying our best and if you are doing curbside pickup please wait for our call to let you know it is ready!
