ATTENTION TERRACE BUSINESS OWNERS AND MANAGERS! There will be two free workshops held in November to help Terrace businesses navigate staffing issues. These wo...rkshops are in response to the 2016 and 2017 Business Walk Surveys. In the 2017 Business Walk, 38% of surveyed businesses responded that they were having difficulty finding and retaining qualified staff. The first workshop will focus on interview skills for business owners and managers, and will be led by City HR staff. The second will touch on strategies for working with young employees and will be conducted by Northwest Training Ltd. - Workbc Terrace Employment Services Centre staff.
