Our general communications email account just received an email from our general communications account offering a $100 PayPal gift card to take a survey... ...Nice try hackers! The Municipality is NOT offering a promotion to residents for a gift card. Please do not respond to this scam email if you receive it! See more

We still have some spots available in the Rhythms of Nature happening at the Hubbards Barn & Community Park. To register call the Rec office 902-275-3490. ...Rhythms of Nature Have you ever paused along a trail to listen to a woodpecker tapping, crickets chirping, branches creaking or wind moving through the trees? Today we will take some time to listen to nature and chat about sounds of the forest. Along our walk we will collect a variety of items from the woods and field, experimenting with different materials and rhythms to have some fun and create some unique music as a group. Maybe the squirrels will give us a round of applause? Dress for the outdoors and wear comfortable walking shoes. Thursday, November 12 3:00 to 4:30 pm Ages 8-15 Free Hubbards Barn & Community Park, 57 Hwy 3 Instructors: Nadine Hackney and Jody Conrad Register by: Thursday, November 5
