Kungla practice (?) in pandemic times.

Kungla võtab kahjuks sel sügisel tantsutrennist pausi, COVIDi tõttu. Vaatame kuidas olukord edeneb, et millal on turvaline jälle koos tantsida. Tunneme rahvatantsust puudust! Mõtleme võimalusi, et kuidas virtuaalselt ikka vahel kokku saada, ehk mõnda sammu harjutada, ja lihtsalt "koos" olla. Kui on ideid, palun võtke meiega ühendust. Olge terved! Kungla will unfortunately be taking a break from practices due to COVID. We will reassess later in the year, and hope it will be safe to dance together again soon. We miss dancing! We are thinking of creative ideas of how to stay connected virtually, whether to practice some dance steps at home or just to be "together." Let us know if you have any ideas of how to connect. One year later, I am still very proud of Saare Vikat . Their dedication was amazing. Even though they were not able to dance at Tantsupidu, they still decided... to go to Eesti together and make the best of their experience by creating their own dance festivals by travelling around Estonia and performing in different cities and towns. Rahvatants (folk dancing) is not about performing at the big festival, but is about connecting with your inner culture and with other people (other dancers and the public) Hoping that you are all doing well and will keep up with folk dancing once the Covid-19 pandemic is over. Hoping that you folks make it to Tantsupidu in 2024. The true path to success involves overcoming obstacles while inspiring others. TERR Kungla
