The news is not comforting however we all have it in our power to stop covid in NL before it really gets going. Covid Alert app downloaded over a month ago. I... got my flu shot yesterday and it was 3 minutes of my time at Shoppers. I am back in my March routine of being super careful and pushing my staff to double down as well. The little so-called inconveniences will be the difference between some sort of normal Christmas or making Easter 2020 look like a dress rehearsal. Take Action today and spread the word. See more

Thank you to everyone who helped us get open a little earlier. Fun, exercise, stress relief and physical distancing was never so easy.

Update Mar 12 2020: Tom and Bev have heard from Public Health and do not have Covid-19. We would like to thank everyone for your support. A message from our ow...ner and Team Leader, Tom Davis To our valued Customers, As has been reported in the news my wife, Bev and I recently returned from a vacation that saw us visiting parts of Italy a month ago that are now being impacted by the Covid-19 Virus. While on our trip we developed minor cold type symptoms and as a precaution, I wore a mask on the airplane from Toronto to St.John’s and also between the airport and our home. In addition, our children moved out before we returned and are staying with their grandparents while we have put ourselves into self-quarantine. Upon arrival at my house, I immediately contacted 811 and the next day we were tested by Public Health Nurses. I want to assure our customers that we have had no contact with any employees or our facilities since arriving back in the province and will not until we receive clearance from Public Health. We should have our results within the next 24 hours. We have also introduced enhanced cleaning measures to our facilities that include disinfection of high touch surfaces, staff being encouraged to stay home if feeling unwell and strong encouraging of staff and customers to practice enhanced hygiene. Rest assured, we are monitoring this developing situation closely and we'll continue to post updates as this situation evolves. Please join us in doing the correct thing and step up your hand washing and protecting vulnerable members of the public from any potential spread of Covid-19, colds, and cases of flu. Thank you for your patience and trust in Frontline Action. We look forward to seeing you soon, Tom Davis Owner and Team Leader Frontline Action

A message from our owner and Team Leader, Tom Davis To our valued Customers, There is no higher priority to our entire Frontline Family than the Safety of our C...ustomers and Employees. We have been monitoring the developments in the world regarding the Covid-19 outbreak. According to the most recent information from the Department of Health, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 in Newfoundland is thought to be extremely low. We want you to feel confident when visiting our facilities or having us cater to you in a mobile setting that we are taking extraordinary measures to protect you. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Customers' and Employees' health and safety. Hand Sanitizing and Cleaning: Dispensers are available in every party room for your convenience. We also encourage customers to wash their hands thoroughly following the recommended procedures as often as possible (Which takes 40 seconds if done properly). We will be insisting that all guests (especially children) visiting our facility practice good hygiene. Facility Cleaning: We are constantly cleaning our facilities and party rooms and, as of March 10, 2020, we have enhanced our ongoing cleaning procedures. Typically, we use a hospital-grade disinfectant in the bathrooms and an interior cleaner in the rest of the facility. Now, we are expanding the use of the hospital-grade disinfectant throughout our facilities. We will be cleaning handrails, high traffic areas, and computer keyboards. This goes beyond the standard Department of Health guidelines. Equipment Cleaning: Also, we have begun using disinfecting wipes on all laser tag and Nerf equipment in between each use. All masks are disinfected after each use. We will also be disinfecting all Sodastream bottles prior to distributing them to customers. Staff policies: Staff have been instructed to increase their handwashing and hand sanitizing and stay home if feeling unwell. We do not want to infect our fellow team members and valued customers. Please note that this new enhanced policy may result in reduced staffing however we will work to our best ability to maintain the standards of service that you have come to expect from us. In addition, I want to take a moment to remind Customers of our flexible policies. These policies have always been in place at Frontline Action and provide our customers peace of mind every day. We never charge Customers a fee to change or cancel their games as long as you give us adequate notice to cancel. If your plans change or if you decide to postpone your activities please let us know asap. Hopefully, these policies provide comfort to all of our customers that they can book events with Frontline Action as normal, and, if the circumstances change in the future, they can alter their plans without the penalty of a fee. Rest assured, we are monitoring this developing situation closely and we'll continue to post updates as this situation evolves. Thank you for your patience and trust in Frontline Action. We look forward to seeing you soon, Tom Davis Owner and Team Leader Frontline Action
