3 SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN STUDY TIPS: 1. Test yourself BEFORE you know the material. Try that practice test before you start studying. It forces your brain to come up with an answer, and learning from your mistakes helps you learn the topic. This is called the Hypercorrection effect. 2. Space out your study sessions. Studying every day for 2 hours is better than studying for 8 hours in one day.... 3. Mix up what you study. Instead of studying one type of problem, try mixing it up. Your brain learns the strategies better than memorization.
