For #weddingtipwednesday today I want to talk about photographer/videographer communication! If you have hired both a photographer and videographer then let us know who! I have a questionnaire for my wedding clients so I know who their vendors are. This includes their videographer so that I can connect with them ahead of time. If your photographer does not do something like this, then still let them know who your videographer is! Saskatchewan has a wonder...fully collaborative creative community, and the majority of us know each other! Even if we don't, I have still found it helpful to connect ahead of time and make a general plan for the day together. Working with videographers is a treat because there are multiple creative brains working together, and we can truly become a media team! If planned properly, we should be able to work in sync to make your coverage seamless from start to finish! Amy and Dylan hired Colin from @tracylynnphotoandvideo for their videography. We had so many guests mention to us that we must work together all the time OR be part of the same business. We had never worked together before, but THAT is the power of a collaborative team! Saskatoon! It’s been a while since I’ve done a boudoir marathon. These are scheduled for January 23 at a cozy studio space in Saskatoon. A memory popped up on Facebook today from two years ago that said this *might* be Jeff and I’s dating anniversary. If it is, then we have been together for 9 years! Jeff has informed me that regardless this isn’t a real anniversary because now we are married, but I think he’s wrong. Here’s my #weddingtipwednesday for everyone! Grooms - get your hair done by a professional too! I know we put so much emphasis on the bride looking picture perfect, but this is your day too! You’ll feel more confident, you’ll look 10/10, and you can spend a few minutes relaxing on the morning of your big day. Zach had his hair done by Tracy at @bigbanghairsalon on the morning of his wedding and his look was compared to a young James Bond by numerous people ALL DAY LONG! Worth it!! Suit: @mooresclothing
