Congratulations to Martin Sheard of Tevlin Gleadle Curtis on getting leave as counsel for an intervenor to the Supreme Court of Canada. The upcoming case (Matthews) is about incentive plans and the entitlement of a former employee to an incentive that would have been awarded during the reasonable notice period.
