Every now and then, I'll pull this out when I want to fancy things up a little. Pull your Yellow Thai Curry Kit out of your freezer. Follow your easy instructions on the inside of your sleeve. When meat is cooked, use a slotted spoon to plate to one side of your dish (you can of course, add veggies as well). Find a small sized bowl or measuring cup to scoop your rice. Make sure you pack it well or it will fall apart on the plate. Place beside your meat. Garnish... with fresh basil, diagonally sliced green onion and sliced hot peppers (if you'd like to spice up your dish). I would serve this with a side bowl of the sauce as well.
