Lemongrass with its subtle lemon flavour is full of goodness..lemongrass tea is referred to as ‘fever tea’ and is known to cure headaches, stomach cramps and relieves anxiety and prevents infection. Commonly used in curries, soups and stir fries makes Thai dining a healthy choice.

Pad Thai, stir fried rice noodles in tamarind sauce is a popular staple in the land of smiles. Legend has it that the dish was a result of a competition held to create a new national dish (circa 1930) that would define Thai identity and culture. When done well, it is finger licking delicious; tamarind & palm sugar make it sweet & tangy. Add a squeeze of lime and you are in heaven!
