Please note the links in the email are to none of our systems, do not contain our logo and are not personalized to your account. If the link is clicked, it will take you to a page which appears to be a roundcube login, but what it actually does is collect your information and sends it across the internet so that they can access your account. Once they have your password, they will attempt to access any locations they think you might be using that username and password combination, including bank websites.

We noted an issue with the system in sending out invoices and have realized that this error has been taking place for about two weeks. We appologize if you have received duplicate reminders for your invoices, but we wanted to make sure that people saw their invoices once we fixed this issue.

We have restarted some of our servers to apply an emergency software patch

Due to the current breakages caused by the Elementor 3.0 and above plugin, we have temporarily disabled the Automatic Upgrade of Plugins for the time being. If your website uses Elementor and has graphical issues, it is suggested to roll back your WordPress to the August 18th Backup and disable the automatic upgrade of Plugins in Softaculous.

There is currently an issue with emailing users with a Rogers or Yahoo based email account. The response returned is "Message deferred due to user complaints", which means that your message was placed on hold in the queue and will go through when the deferral ends unless the message reaches expiry.
