The strawberry u-pick field is not open. You can pick them yourself, or buy them already picked. Theres also 2 other amish familys selling strawberrys. All on the route 190. Closed on Sundays.

Around 3:00pm today BWFD were called to help an Amish family rescue their horse who had fallen through the ice in the St.Regis River in Winthrop located at the ...old Chapman Farm by the bridge which they now own. Lucky water is very low in that area. Neighbors, Police, and BWFD all helped in the rescus. She was about 10 from the bank. After they got her turned arounded and rope up under her they were able to help Bert out of the water.
