The Apricot Tree Café 22.11.2020

Can't be the restaurants. We just opened for limited seating yesterday and have been closed for 28 days. Peel's top doctor said a week ago on live TV that not a single case in peel came from restaurants and yet he shut them down anyway. And just now on live TV he said that there have been outbreaks in places of worship and yet they are still open. Why haven't they been shut down? I can't see that someone would suffer a financial ruin if they can't pray together with other worshippers while the livelihood of restaurants and gyms is constantly ripped out underneath their feet. I am sure that Costco, Amazon etc are still packed like there is no tomorrow and nothing is done about it. We already know that they are the ones who drive the numbers up.

To our Apricot Tree Café Community In light of the recent situation, we’ve taken even further measures to reinforce our procedures and would like to take this time to highlight the role that we will be playing during this time. While it has been announced that restaurants and bars will allow a capacity limit of only 10 patrons at a time, we are requesting our guests to adhere to 90-minute dining schedule. As the health and safety of our staff and guests is our top priority, w...e have also decided we will no longer be accepting reservations for inside dining, not only to ensure your protection but to also maximize our revenue here at The Apricot Tree. We are closely following the recommendations of Public Health Ontario to enforce all guidelines. Upon arrival at the door we will be screening and temperature checking patrons before they enter the facility. Please note that you will only be allowed to seated at the same table with someone from your household or a care taker. Please note that we will be open Sunday's and Monday's until the end of December from 10:00am to 3:00pm for patio, delivery & take out services Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding and as always, look forward to serving you

We are not opening dine in tomorrow. This really sucks. We have been told earlier in the week by the Premier that Peel will open for dine in again as of Saturday, Nov 7. Staff has been scheduled again and inventory has been delivered to open tomorrow. We thought that they would give restaurants a little more notice so we don't have the same issues as we did just a few weeks ago. No additional revenue coming in and left with extra inventory.

Great to hear. Patio will be open all week and dining room will be opening again on Saturday. We will also be open on Sunday again and closed Monday's. And of course your health and safety is our priority. Please let us know of any concerns you may have. We want to make sure that we do our best and that we can remain open. Thank you for your support!
